ESTL Space Tribology Course
(not part of ESMATS) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Delegates are requested to make use of public transport or taxis
where possible. Car parking at the Crowne Plaza is very limited and expensive, as is everywhere around Albert Docks.
All of the venues are within easy walking distance of the hotel and a bus is provided from the hotel to the Symposium
dinner and the Industrial Visit to ESTL.
Tuesday 18th September
After 17:00 pre-registration at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Liverpool.
Registration from 08:30 each day at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The symposium will finish at approximately 12:30 on Friday 21st September after which lunch will be served
followed by an optional industrial visit to ESTL - ESR Technology Ltd, Warrington. A coach will be provided to
transport delegates from the Crowne Plaze Hotel to ESTL. After the visit the coach will return delegates to the
hotel or Manchester airport.
For logistical reasons only a limited number of places are available for the
industrial visit. In the event that more people wish to visit ESTL than
there is room for, priority will be given in order of registration.

Note: It is approximately a 20 minute walk from the Crowne Plaza Hotel to St. George's Hall for those delegates who decide not
to avail themselves of the coach.

Lunch will be a buffet served in the area next to the Auditorium. Coffee breaks will be held in the
poster and exhibition area.
