Registration and Fees
The registration fee (including cocktail reception and symposium dinner but excluding travel, accommodation and other expenses) including access to all presentations, poster and exhibition area, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail reception, symposium dinner, buses to the industrial visits and buses to and from the Symposium dinner is £300 + VAT (17.5%)

ESMATS 2007
12th ESMATS Symposium Registration (excludes the ESTL Tribology Course). (£300 + VAT)
Attend cocktail reception on the 19th September at the Merseyside Maritime Museum. (Included in Symposium fee)
Additional places at cocktail reception. (£20 + VAT per person)
Attend Symposium Dinner on the 20th September at St. George's Hall. (Included in Symposium fee)
Additional places at symposium dinner. (£75 + VAT per person)
Attend industrial visit to ESTL - ESR Technology Ltd, Warrington on Friday 21st September. (Included in Symposium fee)

Exhibitors must register for the symposium.

If you cannot make your registration on this website (and we strongly recommend that you do), please print and fax a copy of your completed form to +44 (0)1925 843497 (for the attention of Simon Griffin) and indicate how you would like to pay (money transfer, purchase order and invoice, cash, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate your requirements but please note that payment must be in Pounds Sterling, must include VAT at 17.5% and must be received and processed prior to the event.

Hotel Bookings

In conjunction with the Mersey Partnership a range of hotels are being made available to delegates at special ESMATS 2007 symposium rates. Delegates should note that rooms at discounted rates are limited and will not be held indefinitely. To take advantage of the discount delegates should BOOK EARLY to secure a room AND the special discount rate.

Delegates who register for ESMATS 2007 via this website prior to the Symposium will be given a password with their receipt that will give them access to special hotel rates being offered on-line via the Mersey Partnership web site.
