Paper Submission - Authors Instructions
The proceedings will be published by ESA Publications Division (EPD) at the conference. It is therefore
essential that papers be delivered to the Proceedings Editor (see below for address) on time if they are
to be included in the proceedings.
The Proceedings will be available as a CD which will be distributed at the Symposium. Authors (of abstracts) will
be notified by the end of March that their paper has been accepted and it must be submitted in the correct format
by 30th June 2007 for inclusion.
To have a paper included in the Conference Proceedings, the author must prepare a camera-ready copy or a pdf file of the
paper and submit it to the Editor by 30th June 2007. Late papers cannot be included in the Proceedings!
Paper formatting instructions will be sent directly to authors by ESA and will also be reproduced here when available.
Please send the completed camera-ready paper to the editor (address see below). If you prefer to submit your
paper (PDF format only!) electronically please do so at the following ftp address :
