Exhibition Space

Throughout the duration of the Symposium there will be a selection of exhibition areas available for companies to exhibit/display their equipment and hardware. The coffee breaks will typically be held adjacent to the exhibition stands allowing exhibitors to engage with symposium delegates.

They will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis to those who apply on-line via this web site.

Once all the available space has been allocated and closer to the event, exhibitors will be contacted with details and instructions.

All exhibitors are reminded that they must also register for ESMATS.


There are a number exhibition areas available for hire which include:
2 pinboards B 115 x H 145 cm, a table L 180cm x B 90 cm and electrical connection 230V/50Hz.

Exhibition Area: 2m x 2.5m incl. € 200 + VAT (20%) - 10-off available

Please note that exhibitors must also register to attend the ESMATS Symposium.

Exhibition stands can be assembled on the morning of the first day of the symposium starting at 8:00am. Unfortunately, it is not possible to assemble stands earlier because the Palais Ferstel is being used for another event.
