Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of the symposium. In which case there will be a 20% handling fee to cover the cost of processing your order and refunding your money. After this period refunds will not be available. Change of delegates' names maybe undertaken for a €30 handling fee.It is your responsibility to cancel any hotel or travel arrangements you will have made.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in addition to protection afforded you in law.
