We will do our best to accommodate your requirements but please note that payment must be in Euros, must include VAT at 20% and must be received and processed prior to the event.

Please note that demand for hotel accommodation in downtown Vienna is extremely high in September, and therefore early reservation of your hotel before July 2009 is highly advisable.
